Milestones and Mindfulness

Sometimes it's clear we've passed a milestone, and sometimes we miss them because we're distracted, or didn't know there was a milestone to see.

We may not realize we just met our new best friend, spent a whole weekend without thinking about work, or hugged a loved one for the last time.

*|FNAME|*, when we're in a mindful state we notice the uniqueness of the moment. We're more likely to see and appreciate these tiny, precious milestones and remember them later. Then when we look back on our years, we won't wonder "where did the time go?"
